Anyone who has been made redundant within 1 month of applying or facing redundancy and anyone who has been unemployed for up to 6 months can use this opportunity free of charge.
The qualifications cover practical issues involved in setting up and running a business and are intended for those who already have a business idea and are about to start a business, or those who have already started a small business and who wish to have recognition and accreditation of the practical skills and knowledge they are developing.
On completion learners will be able to demonstrate the required knowledge and skills to successful either start up and/or run a small business enterprise.
It is aimed at learners who:-
